First, let's put the biscuits through the food processor and add the Muratbey butter we melted (Do not add the butter when it is very hot). Let's combine the biscuits and butter by mixing well. Let's pour the mixture into a mold and spread it by smoothing it with a glass coaster or spatula. If you do not use a springform mold, you can also use a baking tray lined with baking paper. Let's put the mold in the fridge and let it rest for 30 minutes. Let's mix Muratbey Kaymaklı and sugar with a hand whisk, then add starch and continue mixing. Let's add the eggs one by one and mix them, and finally add the lemon peels and mix them. Let's pour the mixture we prepared onto the biscuit base resting in the fridge. Let's set the oven to 175 degrees and put a bowl filled with water in it and wait for it to heat up. Meanwhile, let's wrap the springform mold with aluminum foil. Let's put the cheesecake in the heated oven and bake it for 45 minutes without opening the door. Then, turn off the oven and place the cheesecake inside with a wooden spoon, slightly ajar, and wait for it to cool completely (about 2 hours). After the cake has cooled completely, we can prepare the sauce. You can pour the sauce immediately if you want, but for better results, it is recommended to let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 night. Add all the ingredients to make the sauce and stir over low heat until it thickens. Let's continue stirring after removing it from the stove, both to cool down and to prevent crust formation. Let's pour the cooled sauce over the cheesecake and spread it. You can decorate the top as you wish. To get the best result, let the cheesecake rest in the refrigerator for 1 night. Enjoy your meal!
