Let's grind the biscuits and mix them with melted butter. .Let's spread baking paper on the floor of the springform mold and spread the biscuit by pressing it with our hands. Let it sit in the fridge for 15 minutes. Let's wrap the edges of the mold with foil. Let's mix Muratbey Kaymaklı and granulated sugar with a whisk until the sugar dissolves. Let's add the cream and mix. Let's add the starch. Let's add the eggs one by one and mix them only with a whisk. Let's hit the container on the counter a few times and eliminate the bubbles. Let's take the mold out of the fridge and pour the mixture. Let's bake it in the oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 30-35 minutes without browning.
