Separate the egg yolk to brush over the pastries. Mix all ingredients together, including the egg white, except for the Kashkaval Cheese, until you achieve a soft, non-sticky dough. Tear off pieces of dough about the size of a small mandarin and roll into balls. Place a pinch of grated Kashkaval Cheese inside of each ball, fold to seal, and place on a baking sheet. Brush the tops of the pastries with the separated egg yolk using a brush. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree for about 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
