Ingredients

  • 1 glass of Muratbey Rende Mozarella Cheese
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 ml (1 pack ) cream
  • 1/2 pack of elbow macaroni
  •  Salt

For the Top;

  • Muratbey Naturena Herban Cheese
  • Breadcrumbs

Let’s add macaroni, milk, cream, salt and Muratbey Grated Mozzarella cheese into a pot. Let the pasta cook for 20-30 minutes by stirring frequently, until the milk is completely absorbed and puffed.When the pasta is cooked, let's put it in an oven dish, sprinkle the bread crumbs on it and put Muratbey Naturena Herban cheese slices on top. Let's put it in the oven until the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are browned. 8-10 minutes at 180°C will be sufficient. Enjoy your meal.
