First of all, chop the green pepper, capia pepper and carrot into thin sticks. Then, take 7 pieces of Muratbey Helix Cheese and divide it into three parts. Throw the vegetables on the oil that gets hot in the pan and fry it. Then, add a tablespoon of starch on it and put the sliced Helix cheeses into the pan and continue frying. Let it mix for a few minutes and then put it to the serving plate. Bon Appetite.
