CHERRY MOZZARELLA CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of Muratbey Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 250 gr Muratbey Butter
  • 250 g granulated sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 375 g flour
  • 1 bowl of cherries

PREPARATION

Whip the butter with the sugar, then add the egg and continue whipping. When the oil, sugar and eggs are well mixed, add the remaining ingredients except mozzarella and continue mixing. Lastly, add Muratbey Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

After you take it out of the oven, you can decorate it with cherry and grated white chocolate.
