Peel the eggplant and cut it into cubes. Saute the eggplant cubes in a pan. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Add the eggplant and the Muratbey Fresh Kashkaval cheese to the tomatoes to prepare the pastry stuffing. Cut the dough sheet into triangles and fill them with the stuffing. Fry them in a pan and serve.
