Mix the pesto sauce, olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and black pepper. Slice the cherry tomatoes into eight equal pieces. Add the Muratbey Topi cheese to the tomatoes and mix them with the sauce. Peel the avocado, cut it in half and remove the pit. Place the prepared mixture inside the avocado. Drizzle with balsamic sauce and serve. Enjoy your meal!
