Ingredients

Filling:

  • 1 pack of Muratbey Cheeseballs

Dough:

  • 150 gr Muratbey butter
  • 2 cups of corn flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white (yolk will spread on a top)
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 2-2.5 cups of flour

Topping:

  • Sesame

Take the liquid ingredients in a deep bowl and mix. Add the other ingredients except cheese and slowly add flour to prepare a soft dough. Cut walnut-sized pieces from the dough, close by putting 1 Muratbey Cheeseball and roll. Spread egg yolks on them, cover it with roasted sesame seeds and cook until it becomes golden brown in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.
