Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk them with wire whisk until completely smooth. Put a few drops of olive oil in the pancake pan and spread it all over the ceiling with a paper towel. Take a scoop from your pancake mix, pour it into the center of your pan and rotate the pan circularly with your hands to make the pancake spread everywhere and take a round shape. You can make it a little thicker than usual, if you wish, as we will put the fillings. Do not invert until the cooked face is completely separated from the pan. When one side is cooked, then cook the other side. After that, lubricate your pan again and pour another scoop of pancakes. Continue this process until your pancakes are gone. Don't forget to lubricate your ceiling every time. While your pancakes are waiting on the side, put the olive oil in a large pan and heat it and fry the onions you chop for cooking until they become transparent. Add thin long sliced red peppers. After roasting for a few minutes, add the chopped spinach. Add the salt. After it is softened and cooked, put it in a separate container to warm it. Add Muratbey Plus Fresh White, which is crumbled by hand, and mix well. While your filling is waiting on the edge, put the ingredients for tomato sauce in a sauce bowl and start cooking. When the water evaporates and the sauce becomes thick, turn off the stove. Put your first pancake on the counter and spread the filling you prepared all over. Roll to roll. Do this for all pancakes. Place them on a plate and add tomato sauce on, then serve.
