Oils, eggs, salt and sugar are placed in the kneading bowl. Baking soda and baking powder are added, vinegar is added and raised. Finally, flour is added and the dough is kneaded. It should be a soft dough that does not stick to the hand. Take egg-sized pieces from the dough, open it in our palms and put a dessert spoon of Muratbey Plus Fresh Cheesoft in it and close. The pastries are stacked on a baking tray on which we spread greaseproof paper. Egg yolk is spread on them and sesame seeds are sprinkled.
