For the dough, let's take the flour in a deep mixing bowl and add salt. Let's mix the warm milk and water, dissolve the sugar in it, add the yeast and wait a few minutes. Add this mixture to the flour along with the oil and make a dough that sticks to the hand a little. Knead it well, cover it and let it ferment for 1 hour. Let's divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll them. Let's press it in the size of a cake plate on the floured counter with our hands and place one-fourth of the Muratbey Shredded Mozzarella cheese in the middle, collect it from the ends and roll it with your hands, and take the folded part down and press it with your hands. Then put them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Cover it and let it rest for half an hour. Whisk egg yolk and brush it on the pita. Finally, sprinkle black cumin and sesame seeds. Let's bake in the oven at 190 degrees. Bon appetit.
