Gözleme which is a traditional Turkish flatbread that can be with meat, spinach, feta and herbs. This recipe is for gözleme with spinach. Knead our dough until it is a soft, non-sticky dough. Break it into balls and let it rest by covering it with a damp cloth. Chop the washed and drained spinach finely, add a little salt and squeeze out the water. Chop the onion in the same way, add the spices and add the cheese and mix.
Let's open the dough to the size we want and add the inside. Let's cook both sides in a pan. Put butter on the cooked gözleme. Serve hot.
