Let's peel the potatoes, cut them into a few pieces, add a little water and salt, and boil them until they are soft. Let's add milk, oil and Muratbey Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and make a puree by mixing it with a masher. Let's spread the puree on the square ovenware that you lightly oiled. Wash the chards and finely chop it. Let's chop the onion. Let's fry the onions in olive oil, add the chopped chard and roast them. Add salt and spices and mix. When the chard is roasted, take them from the oil and put the chard on a plate. Leave the oil in the pan. Let's make a bechamel sauce in that oiled pan. For bechamel sauce, let's add the flour to the oiled pan and roast it, add milk, cook the sauce by stirring constantly until it reaches the consistency of pudding. Then let's put the roasted chard in the bechamel sauce and mix them well. Spread the chard with bechamel sauce evenly over the puree. Let's cover it with shredded Muratbey Fresh Kashkaval Cheese and bake it until the cheese melts. Bon appetit!
