Put the stale slices of bread in a bowl and add the water on top. Wait until the slices of bread absorb the water well and become soft. Knead the softened bread slices by adding yeast, olive oil, salt and flour. Cover the dough in an airtight way and let it ferment. Chop the onions finely. Melt the Muratbey Butter in a frying pan. Add the olive oil and fry slightly. Add the onions and fry them.add salt and spices. When the onions turn pink, let's take them off the fire and add the Muratbey Curd cheese when it gets lukewarm. Divide the fermented dough into tangerine-sized meringues. Spread the dough meringues in the size of a small serving plate with the help of a roller. Cook the you spread the dough by turning them in a teflon pan. Spread soft Muratbey Butter on the cooked phyllo dough. Put it in the filling ingredient you have prepared, Wrap it and serve it.
