Whisk the eggs, milk, yogurt, and granulated sugar together with a whisk until the sugar dissolves. Then add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla, and continue whisking. Preheat a steel pan and lightly grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil using a brush. Using a small ladle, pour the batter into the pan to form small rounds. Once the pancakes start cooking, flip them over with the help of a spatula and cook until done. Transfer the cooked pancakes to a serving plate and add a dollop of Muratbey Kaymaklı on top. Drizzle honey over them and serve. Enjoy your meal!
