PREPARATION

Cut the ready-made brownie cake with a round mono cake mold. Mix Muratbey Kaymaklı and ground Turkish coffee to create a cream. In the mono cake mold, layer the brownie first, followed by the Kaymaklı cream. Place another brownie layer on top and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Remove the cake from the mold and pipe cream of Kaymaklı Cheese on top using a piping bag. Sift ground Turkish coffee over the cake and serve. Enjoy your meal!
