  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt (50 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of water

Mix flour, yogurt, salt, and oil in a bowl. Add half of the water and knead. Gradually add the remaining water while continuing to knead. The dough should not stick to your hands but should not be too firm. Divide the dough into 60-gram pieces, roll them out, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, put 1 package of Muratbey Helix Cheese into a blender. Roll out the rested dough pieces to the size of a small cake plate. Spread cheese on one side, roll it up like a rose pastry, and set aside. Prepare all the dough in this way. Heat a frying pan. Roll out the dough with the spiral-wrapped cheese to the size of a small cake plate again and cook both sides in the heated pan. Brush with Muratbey Butter and fry all dough pieces in the same way. Enjoy your meal!
